Graeme Clarke, Rotary Club of Bendigo has contacted our club with an invitation to join their club on a bus trip to the Advanced Energy Technology plant in Pyramid Hill -
Advanced Energy Technology have built a $2m pilot plant recycling the contents of the Red Top Rubbish bin and have the contract with COGB to recycle that into the future. Current cost for the council to export is $2m pa.
This will bring that back to bendigo and will also allow the contractor to recycle other councils' wastes and creat employment opportunities in Bendigo.
