The club recently received an update on our support of the Bendigo Maubisse Friendship Committee, included was this photo of a playground that was obviously being enjoyed by many children in the playground of the Maubisse Primary School. Of significance for our club, in particular Secretary John Jones, was that this playground was originally at Lightning Reef Primary School and John helped to dismantle it and prepare it for shipping to Maubisse.
