YOUTH DIRECTOR SUB-COMMITTEE
Purpose:
To support and provide delivery of Youth Services programs under the banner of the Rotary Club of Eaglehawk
Goals:
- To deliver programs and activities that have direct benefits to Youth.
- To facilitate up to date and effective communication with respect to youth programs within the Club.
- To ensure that youth programs are available and promoted to all young people throughout the area.
Guidelines:
- The Youth Director will meet regularly with the sub-committee to coordinate programs.
- The Sub-Committee will support applicants applying for programs (eg. NYSF, RYLA , MUNA)
- In readiness for the start of each Rotary year the Youth Director will undertake a plan of events for the forthcoming year and prepare a budget reflecting the costs of the planned events.
- The Youth Director will represent the Rotary Club of Eaglehawk on the Cluster Youth Directors Committee and report back to the sub-committee on Cluster decisions and activities.
