FUNDRAISING DIRECTOR SUB-COMMITTEE
Purpose:
To support and provide delivery of Fundraising Services for the Rotary Club of Eaglehawk
Goals:
- To support the Club in the provision of fundraising events and opportunities.
- To facilitate up to date and effective communication with respect to the Fundraising within the Club.
- To ensure that the various roles and responsibilities within the fundraising avenue of service are understood and promoted throughout the club.
Guidelines:
- The Fundraising Director will meet regularly with the sub-committee to coordinate programs.
- The Sub-Committee will seek to identify any fundraising opportunities.
- In readiness for the start of each Rotary year the Fundraising Director will undertake a plan of events for the forthcoming year and prepare budget outline accordingly.
- The Fundraising Director will report to the Board of the Rotary Club of Eaglehawk.
