Co-presidents report

Hi All,

A good turnout for our meeting this week, we welcomed Sue Watts as our guest.  Sue has just returned from the Philippines, by the sounds of it she had a wonderful time.

Apologies for this week were Brian Fitzpatrick, Rita O’Brien, Mary Preston, Jenny Sanderson, GP, Ben Hill and Gary Frank.

This week we had Geoff Gallagher running us through Safe Food Handling and the importance of it whilst doing Catering.  It was a lot to take in on the night but is very
important that we follow safe handling practices.  Thank you, Geoff for all the work you have done in putting this presentation together.

As a follow up to this please complete the questionnaire the link is -

There is a prize for the person who gets the highest score (no cheating).

A busy week is coming up Friday we are cooking a BBQ for the Eaglehawk Secondary School’s Burra Day, Sunday we are doing a sausage sizzle for the Bendigo Fun Run, a big thank you to all that have committed to help us, please see the E-mail from John Jones as to details for these.
